CRM Processes Officer Job in London at The Education & Training Foundation –
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) helps ensure that the Further Education and Training sector develops world class leaders, teachers and trainers. We work across the whole FE sector and are funded by Government grant, commercial contracts, professional membership (The Society for Education and Training – SET) and accreditation fees and a variety of other business activities.
We are now looking to appoint a CRM Processes Officer on a fixed term contract who will be responsible for establishing processes, creating process documentation and providing user training, supporting the day-to-day management and development of ETF’s CRM and ensuring compliance with procedures and monitoring data. This role is highly visible across the organisation at all levels and to external to partners. This role will also be responsible for compliance with any regulations, data security and GDPR requirements for those systems and supporting the wider IM&T team in times of heavy workload and the effective management of team members.
The role will report into the Senior Systems & Data Manager and will manage CRM Processes which will include establishing processes and create documentation with, and for, ETF’s teams to ensure that there are clear procedures in place as well as define responsibilities and structures across ETF teams for the inputting of data and maintenance of data quality including regular audits and reviews of data quality.
The position will also be responsible for Data and Information Management which would include support data quality within the CRM, assisting with imports from other systems into the CRM and working with ETF staff to understand their business needs and identify appropriate improvements to CRM features and processes to meet these requirements.
The successful candidate will:
Be educated to degree level or equivalent
Recognised qualification in areas such as ITIL, project management
Experience of working with a CRM, including standard tasks such as data cleansing, creating reports and importing data
Experience and confidence working with data
Experience of working with Microsoft Dynamics
Experience of managing projects and working in project teams
Experience of gathering business requirements and understanding user needs
Experience of delivering training sessions
Experience of writing technical and operational documentation
