The role of the End User Experience Practice Lead is to develop, support, and improve on the End User Experience of Long View staff.

A Day in the Life:

  • Overall accountability and ownership for End User Experience within Long View
  • Collaborate with all departments and specifically IGS and the EUX Practice team to ensure LVS Corporate Information Technology (IT) needs are being met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and support as it pertains to the end user experience of Long View staff
  • Development of associated plans for End User Experience technologies, standards, and programs.
  • Managing vendor relationships as they apply to the End User Experience
  • Ensure consistency of service/solution/technology across LVS as it relates to the End User Experience
  • Escalation point for matters related to the End User Experience
  • Evaluation of new technologies for the End User Experience
  • Assist in creation of LVS Standards for End User Experience as it relates to Long View Corporate Information Technology (IT)
  • Current knowledge of industry best practices
  • Collaborate and provide input to the End User Experience Practice
  • Responsible for technology delivery as required
  • Responsible for quality service delivery as it applies to End User Experience IT

What You Bring:

  • 8+ Years of related IT experience
  • Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, remote access tools
  • Experience supporting a Microsoft environment in a Service Desk or Desktop Support Role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 2010 / 2013 / O365
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with Power Platform and PowerBI
  • ITIL Incident Management understanding
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and/or mobile devices
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Strong business acumen
