As a Key Account Manager, you will be in charge of building long-term partnerships with our key accounts by playing a pivotal role in their success.
By virtue of your domain expertise your will become a central player in Bigblue’s operations and an insightful source for Bigblue’s strategy.
Build a genuine, long-term partnership
You launch the Bigblue service to our new customers and build a strong relationship of trust from Day-1.
You take the lead role for all the customer’s departments and accompany them in their multiple uses of the Bigblue service.
You provide them with data-driven insights to optimize their success.
Champion customer excellence
You take the right decisions to provide our customers with the best possible experience and develop loyalty.
You leverage their feedback to identify pain-points and are proactive in suggesting any initiative likely to make Bigblue better, every day.
You create and implement new processes to roll-out faster and in an efficient way.
You work with our clients on their growth and advise them on their strategic orientations.
You identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the Growth team.
You spot and leverage evangelists and advocates among our customer base.
Be a central player
You share your business know-how and ideas to improve the team’s performance.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2-3 years of customer relationship experience.
1 year of experience in the e-commerce field.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and excel at it in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams.
Excellent interpersonal and listening skills: you are able to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion customer needs.
Language: you’re fluent in spoken and written &
Quick learner: you are able to assimilate huge amounts of information quickly and are passionate about enriching your skills.
Organizational skills: you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are a hustling multi-tasker and able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Stress-resistant, you know how to sort through the failures and know how to analyze situations with hindsight and objectivity.
You love rolling up your sleeves on a daily basis to address escalated issues with speed.
Great problem-solving skills, taking a consultative approach to finding the best solution.
