Hygge is a Danish attitude to life which focuses on living in the moment and feeling the joy there is in everyday routines and activities. We intend to deliver a slow and calm approach to early education, focusing on creating more joy to support child-led learning.

Are you a qualified early years practitioner looking for a new opportunity?

We are creating a new setting in Chesterfield and are looking for a Deputy Manager. Taking inspiration from approaches such as Hygge, we aim to nurture children’s emotional well-being and build on their natural curiosity, to enable them to explore and learn safely.

Are you are interested in joining us in developing this new venture to make our aspirations become a reality?

Experience of working with children and a relevant level 3 essential. We are especially interested in hearing from those with a relevant degree, EYTS or QTS.

Initially Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 1.30pm with the option to increase to 8.30am and 5pm – £10.50ph
