Brief Summary of Job Duties

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the graduate program in Psychometrics; under general supervision, the Program Coordinator will work closely with the Program Director to oversee administrative operations of the graduate program in Psychometrics; provide administrative support; coordinate program activities; develop and maintain student databases; liaise with the Graduate School and other university offices; communicate with faculty/students, university officials and the public; assist with recruitment and marketing efforts; provide career advising as needed; some assistance with the undergraduate program may be required.

Requested Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate must have achieved a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University, in any one of the following disciplines; Psychology, Education, Business Administration, Public Health or any other Social Science. A minimum of two (2) years of experience with demonstrated proficiency in office/personnel management and reporting is required.

Other Preferences for Consideration

Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s Degree from an accredited

College or University, in any of the above mentioned disciplines, as well as prior experience working within an academic environment.
