The children, staff and governing body of Lea Community Primary School are looking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher to join our team in providing quality experiences and opportunities for our children.

The successful candidate must demonstrate their ability to adapt to change and be prepared and confident to work throughout KS1 and KS2.

The successful candidate will:
Be a positive role model for our children and inspire them to be the best they can be.
Provide evidence of consistently good to outstanding teaching and learning that inspires and
challenges all of our children to achieve best outcomes.
Have excellent subject knowledge.
Provide effective management of teaching assistants to support and enhance learning and
achievement, including adding extra challenge for the most able.
Work creatively to provide positive experiences for all our children including our most
vulnerable and disadvantaged children, and differentiate their learning to raise their attainment and progress.
Promote consistent high quality marking and feedback that ensures children are aware of their next steps in learning and that all abilities are challenged.
Use a variety of strategies that promote independent learning.
Create an engaging classroom environment which supports the curriculum, inspires learning and results in good outcomes for the children.
