Please review the following job description:McGriff is looking for a wellness enthusiast to be part of our growing wellness team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to craft, coordinate and support wellness programs for multiple corporate clients in various industries.

You will support various account management teams to assess employee needs, design and implement day-to-day components of wellness programs, support strategic planning, deliver education to employees, assess program impact, and serve as a wellness advocate for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Research, design, implement and promote wellness solutions to fit various budgets, population sizes and cultures

Support day-to-day wellness program operations including, but not limited to, creating calendar of events, monitoring program participation, developing marketing communications, curating wellness content, and responding to clients’ questions and concerns

Identify health promotion opportunities through various activities and programs, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being

Design, advise and promote health seminars and educational materials at a level that best meets our clients’ culture and employee populations

Manage relationships with wellness coordinators and HR managers; act as liaison with vendors and other stakeholders

Coordinate schedules involving corporate clients, staff, vendors, health educators and others who may participate in programs

Coordinate and support special wellness initiatives and events such as wellness fairs, health campaigns, and wellness challenges

Evaluate and measure success of programs throughout continuum of program duration; monitor program impact

Qualifications & Skills:

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to qualify is a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of experience in health-related field, such as health education, health coaching, nutrition or worksite wellness

Ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines as well as manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate and interact with individuals at varying educational levels

Lives and breathes wellness (or very eager to learn more and become a part of a growing wellness team)

Customer service oriented; customer service experience is essential

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Ability to deliver presentations to both small and large audiences

High attention to detail and having a growth mindset
