Our Wine Advisor team is growing fast, and we’re starting a Wine Advisor Academy to train and coach current and future advisors. You will be part of our VIVANT École V team spanning three continents and nine different languages. Your mission will be to work with our production, editorial, private sales, customer care, and education teams and develop a full curriculum to onboard, train, and evaluate our wine advisors. The goal is to get the very best from each advisor’s talent in our Live Experience across a diverse range of personalities. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience training on-air and or on-screen talent in a fast-growing environment together.
In This Role, You Will
Design, manage, and implement a talent training and certification program for our global wine advisor team working with departments across the company.
Create an on-camera presence training system with our Production team to get advisors comfortable in front of the camera.
Together with the Education team, develop experience specific training, rehearsal, and certification for advisors and particular wine experiences.
Along with the Editorial team, train advisors on branded language, mannerisms, and in-experience behavior.
With our Production team, outfit advisors, in line with our branded apparel style guide.
Together with our Studio team train advisors with mobile studio set-up operation and optimization.
Implement the program using online learning environments including Salesforce.com MyTrailhead.
University degree in broadcast journalism, acting, organization behavior, training, business or equivalent fields
Native English speaker with outstanding presentation, writing, and communication skills
Demonstrated success and in-depth experience training and managing talent for broadcast and or online media
Current knowledge and passion for travel, food, wine, lifestyle, pop culture trends, benchmarks, and references.
Willingness to travel often and work “follow-the-sun” hours
Self-starter with a can-do attitude
Team player with excellent references
Wine and Spirit Education Trust II or other similar professional wine training is a plus
